We're looking for a board-certified (or board-eligible) veterinary pathologist to support histopathology review, consultation, and scoring across our project work, on a flexible remote contract basis.
What you'll do
- Review and score H&E and special-stain slides across research projects
- Provide pathology consultation on study design and tissue interpretation
- Collaborate with our computational team to validate model outputs against expert read
What we're looking for
- DVM with board certification (or eligibility) in anatomic and/or clinical pathology (ACVP or equivalent)
- Experience with digital pathology workflows and whole-slide imaging
- Comfortable working independently on a project/contract basis, remote

We're looking for a business development manager to build and run our pipeline of pharma, biotech, CRO, and biobank partners, someone who can originate relationships, hold a credible technical conversation about a tissue based research question, and carry a deal from first contact through signed statement of work largely on their own.
What you'll do
- Identify and develop relationships with translational and discovery science teams at pharma and biotech companies, CROs, and biobanks who need histopathology, computational modeling, or rare specimen sourcing support
- Run the sales cycle end to end, from first conversation through NDA and statement of work, working closely with our scientific and computational leads on scoping
- Represent Tissue Biosciences at conferences and in ongoing relationships with existing customers, surfacing expansion opportunities as projects wrap
What we're looking for
- Business development or sales experience at a histopathology, digital pathology, or preclinical CRO
- Comfortable speaking fluently with scientific and translational research stakeholders about study design and tissue based questions
- Experience selling into pharma or biotech R&D, biobanks, or computational and AI pathology platforms is a strong plus
- Self-directed and comfortable building sales process from scratch in an early-stage environment
